Our history

Our company, VOSTEX, is a narrow fabrics company cited in Athens, Greece, founded in 1926 by the grandfather of the current owners, and begun its operation by producing woven ribbons for hats, elastic and rigid tapes for belts and bags.

During the past 90 years, the company has been active with success in the clothing, shoes and bags market, in the market of accessories for clothing, decorations and medals, sleep products, orthopedic accessories, and internal decoration products.

“VOSTEX RIBBON MANUFACTURING IKE” is a dynamic company engaged in the production and trade of ribbons, cords, elastics, belts, and garment production accessories, with a continuously expanding export activity.

Brothers Makis and Charis Vostantzoglou continue a family tradition in the industry and represent the third generation carrying on the company founded in 1926.

The company’s management is committed to maintaining a Quality-Environment Management System, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 standards, OEKO TEX product class I for babies and ISO 45001.
